摘要: Atherothrombosis and its complications are currently the leading cause of worldwide mortality incidence is increasing . Platelets play an essential role in pathogenesis atherothrombotic events, justifying use antiplatelet agents their prevention. Thus, it to know efficacy safety profile these drugs primary secondary prevention events. In this context, review was performed with aim describing summarizing outcomes main trials involving two levels prevention, evaluating effectiveness major adverse events related therapy.
