摘要: SUMMARY Six different biochemical determinations were made to assess blood copper status and liver function at intervals on sheep which dosed regularly with sulphate induce chronic toxicity. SGOT concentration was the only test found give abnormal values consistently in advance of terminal stages poisoning. Elevated concentrations some 1—6 weeks obvious clinical symptoms for all but one sheep. In this case an not until 3 days before onset haemolytic crisis.
