摘要: T he effects of ionic strength,phycobiliprotein concentrations,pH and dextran on the stability phyˉcobilisomes in Spirulina platensis were studied by room temperature fluorescence emission spectra measurement.The with0.6~1.2g/L phycobiliprotein concentrations exhibited high did not easily dissociate,The maxima between676nm and681nm.The phycobilisomes unstable readily dissociated into various subparticles under lowionic concentration(0.75mol/L).The speed degree dissociation increased with decrease concentration.Phycobilisomes buffer solution at pH7were stable slightly dissociated.But pH5,6,8or9,it showed that within broad pH range.When10%dextran was added solution,the could keep intact for30days at20℃,it be concluded had protection effect phycobilisomes.
