摘要: Introduction: Currently, and in a competitive context, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) increasingly depend on the quality of their services, not only to satisfy different stakeholders, but also attract funding. In this way, HEIs tend incorporate Internal Quality Management Systems (IQMS) into strategy with view continuous improvement performance. This work intends analyze applicability an HEI, based European Foundation for (EFQM) model, through its implementation public Portuguese HEI.
