摘要: This study contributes to our understanding of the differences in work motivation between public and private sectors. The nature extent employees organizations sectors has long been a topic academic debate. Although much debate centered on structural organizations, there also longstanding interest sector employees. We used sample 138 respondents 221 by using Interval scale.
