PERCEPTION OF MANAGERIAL STAFF AND WORKERS ON LABOUR MOTIVATION AND TIMING OF OPERATION FACTORS IN AGRICULTURE PRODUCTIVITY IN LIBYA

摘要: This study considered the most important factors determining success of any agricultural projects. These include planning; follow up, job satisfaction, organisation environment, training and scheduling. The major problems in this are low productivity projects due to performance. objectives (i) determine perspective workers on labour motivation timing operations Libya. (ii) managerial supervisors (iii) analyse relationship between elements study. (iv) develop framework Meanwhile, research method used consists secondary information through library primary data collected questionnaire. had chosen five Libya conduct research. total sample size was 231 participants, 52 them were managers supervisors, 179 workers. Two sets questionnaire used, first includes 59 questions for second 35 staff. results obtained from reliability test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation percentages showed that biggest problem follow-up factor followed by-training factor, addition weakness evident other factors. Finally, findings suggests these (job training, planning, scheduling up), should be improved order increase efficiency performance Libyan projects, which will lead increasing production.
