摘要: Adrenal tumors can vary from a benign adrenocortical adenoma with no hormonal secretion to secretory malignancy (adrenocortical carcinoma) or hormone-secreting tumor of the adrenal medulla (pheochromocytoma). Currently, laparoscopic adrenalectomy is regarded as preferred surgical approach for management most disorders, although there are prospective randomized trials comparing this technique open adrenalectomy. However, widespread adoption robotic technology has positioned an option in some medical centers. Speculative advantages associated use system have rarely been evaluated clinical settings and cost increase remains important drawback surgery. This review summarizes current available data regarding transperitoneal including its indications, advantages, limitations, comparison conventional We believe that seems be useful especially more difficult patients larger tumors, truncal paragangliomas, bilateral and/or partial adrenalectomies. Overall, we overcosts due could balanced by hospital stay decrease, patients' referral increase, improved postoperative outcomes ergonomics surgeon. also intuitive business model counterproductive, because strong balance system.
