摘要: The Hall resistivity and electrical of amorphous FexNi80-xB18Si2 (x=15, 20, 40, 60 80) alloys have been measured from 77 to 400K. These are ferromagnetic for x=15 20 this temperature interval includes their Curie temperatures. anomalous coefficient Rs was calculated the initial slope as a function magnetic field. A pronounced dependence has obtained it is correlated changes in same alloys. For with x=20, 40 60, proportional square resistivity, while on cannot be described by single exponent. x=80, increases up room temperature, then saturates eventually decreases at higher concentration (the data 0
