摘要: Er3+: Ca3La2(BO3)4 crystals with dimensions of ∅20 × 30 mm3 were grown by the Czochralski method. The spectral properties these investigated and their spectroscopic parameters calculated analysed based on Judd–Ofelt theory. oscillator intensity Ωt to be Ω2 = 7.18 10−20 cm2, Ω4 3.27 cm2 Ω6 2.79 cm2. emission cross-section a crystal was estimated 9.06 10−21 at 1535 nm. fluorescence lifetime radiative 4I13/2 → 4I15/2 transition are 0.63 ms 2.68 ms, respectively. Er3+-doped may regarded as 1.55 µm laser gain medium materials.
