摘要: Objectives: To examine ( a ) return to competitive sport within 12 months of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, b maintenance participation at follow up, and c the relation level sports activity up subjective functional assessments. Also address incidence continued despite notable problems with operated knee up. Methods: All patients were athletes before injury had undergone ACL reconstruction by transtibial endoscopic technique either bone-patellar tendon-bone or multiple looped hamstring autograft. Evaluation was carried out mean 43 (range 24–73) after surgery postal questionnaire in which Cincinnati scale (CSAS) function scales presented conjunction closed questions on change presence complaints. Results: Of 109 selected patients, 77 (71%) responded. At 62 (81%) reported that they returned competition surgery. Within same time frame, 55 above (89%) also claimed have competing (or higher). 30 (54%) still be this high level. Twelve (22%) admitted major time. The overall impairment 13 (21%) six 47 (13%) Thirty eight (49%) active least four times week (CSAS 1), and, using Spearman’s rank correlation between CSAS scores total scores, r calculated 0.44. Competitive male higher than non-competitive (p  =  0.005) female 0.02) respectively. Conclusions: previous level, both but as expected considering standard treatment, patient selection, study exclusion criteria. Patients few complaints maintained sporting activity, even discontinuing participation.
