摘要: Although the physiology and metabolism of growth yeast strains has been extensively studied, many questions remain unanswered where induced production a recombinant protein is concerned. This work addresses Fusarium solani pisi cutinase by Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain through use galactose promoter. The able to metabolise inducer, galactose, which much more expensive carbon source than glucose. Both transport into cell—required for induction production—and are highly repressed Different fermentation strategies were tested culture behaviour was interpreted in view physiology. A fed-batch with mixed feed glucose carried out, during simultaneous consumption both hexoses achieved, as long concentration medium did not exceed 0.20 g/l. costs, terms hexoses, incurred this strategy reduced 23% those resulting from out using conventional strategy, namely galactose.
