摘要: DNA replication is a fundamental aspect of cell biology. The process essential for chromo‐ some doubling and segregation during division. Additionally, the program can be manipulated to allow reduction in ploidy as occurs meiosis or an increase observed endo-cycles developmental processes [1]. importance integrity chromosome duplication inherently obvious. In somatic cells failure replicate prevents division leads catastrophic reductional death. Less drastic defects appear problems leading gene amplification, breaks missegregation [2]. These manifest birth increased susceptibility cancer [3]. ensured partly by repair mechanisms checkpoint controls. However, primary mechanism that safeguards complex multi-step assembly activation active at chromosomal origins replication.
