摘要: Abstract The field of scattering atoms and molecules by solid surfaces has been reviewed more than a dozen times during this decade; among the earliest such reviews are three1–3 author. A good general picture as it stood about 2 years ago may be obtained from References 1 to 8; review in Reference 9 is subset 6. paper Barantsev10 particularly useful for “scattering function modeling,” Wehtberg's,11 listing theories discussing experimental aspects lobular scatter ing.
