摘要: The capillary electrophoretic separation of the four nonprotein nitrogenous compounds (NPNs; urea, uric acid, creatine, and creatinine) typically employed in clinical medical settings for monitoring renal function is described. Successful resolution these achieved with use a bile salt micelle system composed sodium cholate at phosphate buffer pH 7.4. elution patterns NPNs are obtained within 30 min voltage kV. effect varying applied voltage, temperature, mole ratio surfactant on migration behavior also examined.
