摘要: We investigate theoretically the coherent longitudinal and transversal spin relaxation of photoexcited electrons in quantum wells quantized magnetic fields. find time for typical well parameters between 100 1000 ps. For a realistic random potential process depends on electron energy g-factor, demonstrating oscillations polarization accompanying relaxation. The dependence applied field, thus corresponding "magnetic" length, can be used to characterize spatial scale disorder wells.
