摘要: This work compiles information on the principles of diagnostic immunochemical methods and recent advances in this field. It presents an overview modern techniques for production diag- nostic antibodies, their modification with aim improving potency, different types detection systems, increasing applications human health that include specific disease markers, individualized diagnosis cancer subtypes, therapeutic addictive drugs, food residues, environmental contaminants. A special focus lies novel developments immu- nosensor techniques, promising approaches to miniaturized units associated microfluidic systems. The trends towards high-throughput multiplexed analysis, miniaturization tools are discussed. is also made evident progress last few years has largely relied chemical approaches.
