摘要: During development, ESCs in the inner cell mass of blastocyst undergo progressive fate restriction and sequentially give rise to tissue-specific multipotent progenitor cells [1-3]. In nervous system, neural (NPCs) are defined as capable differentiating into neurons glia, latter which include astrocytes oligoden‐ drocytes. NPCs sequential during system development [4-6]. early embryonic exclusively neuronal types, however at later stages they differentiate glial types [7, 8]. Understanding how or thus, constitutes a fundamental as‐ pect development.
