Rapid screening of Mycobacterium tuberculosis for susceptibility to rifampicin and streptomycin.

摘要: OBJECTIF : Investiguer la detection rapide d'une tuberculose resistante aux medicaments grâce a technique genotypique inno-LiPA Rif TB associee un nouveau test de susceptibilite peu couteux base sur les bacteriophages. SCHEMA On compare performance du replication des pliages en microplaques (MPRA) 18 isolats patients suspects germes multiresistants (MDR) celle LiPA pratique directement echantillons d'expectoration. Les mutations gene rpoB identifiees par et qui conferent resistance rifampicine ont ete confirmees le sequencage l'ADN, alors que sensibilites methode proportions BACTEC. L'on inclus pour comparaison 19 supplementaires subissant depistage routine sensibilite streptomycine. RESULTATS La determinee dans 17 (94,4%) d'expectoration testes LiPA. correlation entre MPRA, methodes moleculaires conventionnelles 100% rifampicine. Toutefois, resultat discordant trouve ce concerne streptomycine isolat sensible s'est avere resistant 2 μg/ml MPRA. De maniere similaire, initialement MPRA lors repetitif, accord avec conventionnelle. CONCLUSION: permet une l'infection resistants medicaments, fournit simple n'exigeant pas technologie avancee, peut favoriser son application pays faibles revenus.
