摘要: Simple Pathways are user-friendly intervention strategies that can be delivered with relatively little training by the professional, and without use of expensive instrumentation. In many cases provider acquire techniques from written materials or brief instruction, teach clients to for self-care. Other self-management learned utilized lay persons on their own enhancement physical psychological well-being. This chapter introduces following interventions: Autogenic Training, thermal biofeedback, emotional journaling, heart rate variability audio-visual entrainment, mindfulness, expressive dance. Psychoeducation is described as a component Pathways, aiding clients’ understanding rationale procedure interventions. Each these research based has been shown have significant therapeutic benefits medical disorders.
