摘要: Abstract Human insulin-like growth factor II (IGF-II) cDNA from a placental library was isolated and sequenced. The 5' untranslated region (5'-UTR) sequence of this differs completely that adult human liver has considerable base identity to the same an IGF-II rat cell line, BRL-3A. Human poly(A)+ RNA probed with either 5'-UTR or obtained liver. No transcripts were detected by using as probe. In contrast, three 6.0, 3.2, 2.2 kilobases probe coding sequence. A fourth transcript 4.9 presumably containing consisting dissimilar apparent. Therefore, may be products alternative splicing their is contained within gene they consequence promoter utilization in placenta.
