摘要: Biotransformation is a selective, stereospecific, efficient, and environment friendly method, compared to chemical synthesis, feasible tool for industrial pharmaceutical applications. The design of biocatalysts using enzyme engineering metabolic tools has been widely reviewed. However, less importance given the biocatalytic reaction whole cells expressing recombinant enzymes. Along with remarkable development biotechnology tools, variety techniques have applied improve cell biotransformation. In this review, related are examined, reorganized, summarized via an integrative approach. Moreover, equilibrium-shifted biotransformation reviewed first time.
