摘要: In order to optimize and evaluate the influence of nitrogen, phosphorus, inoculum concentrations on biodegradation hydrocarbon contaminated effluents, experiments based central composite design (CCD) method were carried out for 3 days, employing C1 mixed culture intermittent aeration. The independent variables nitrogen concentration (X 1), phosphorus 2), 3) removal total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) was dependent variable. optimized nutrients ratio (C:N:P = 100:20:2.7) (1.32 g/l) provided TPH 71.8% after processing three days. Analysis using gas chromatography identified five classes: paraffins, isoparaffins, olefins, naphthenics, aromatics. naphthenic compounds did not degrade as readily other that identified. following degradation percentages obtained: 87.1% 77.7% 78.6% 38.4% 71.7%
