摘要: The aim of this study was to improve vessel and nerve security the harvesting procedure iliac crest in microvascular reconstruction upper lower jaw by flap cases tumour invasion or trauma. critical points for surgeon are course deep circumflex artery lateral cutaneous thigh relation position their subsequent ramifications. Bilateral anatomical preparations bone (total 90 dissections) were examined 45 formalin preserved cadavers (21 male, 24 female) with supply being mapped. Topographic variations muscles, bones, vessels nerves documented measurement photographic documentation diagrams. In 78% (70 cases) a standard-type arrangement single main coming from external above inguinal ligament crossing part second ramifications observed. 12% (11 observed be 2–3 cm below crest, 7% (6 branch found run parallel crest. other following observed: one without ramification, separate branching common trunks superficial arteries. Because these results it might possible perform window resection some rather than bloc resection: may have postoperative advantages patient.
