摘要: The tensile strength of concrete is generally neglected in the design reinforced and prestressed structures. use a fibrous skin structural members will enable utilization stresses under working load conditions. Using composite mechanics approach, equations are derived to predict first crack ultimate flexural with short, discontinuous steel fibres randomly orientated uniformly distributed concrete.
