摘要: With the advent of molecularly “targeted therapies,” most notably tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), there has been a significant shift in our formulary from intravenous to orally administered medications. The effect food on bioavailability is consideration for many drugs, especially those with narrow therapeutic window. This article focuses complicated issue oncology drug dosing respect food, highlighting impact labeling patient safety.
