摘要: Accessible summary • During the last ten years there has been a major change in developing mental health services generally, and crisis resolution home treatment (CRHT) especially. Many Western countries have made shift perspective from in-hospital care to treatment. The new approach is based on treating people who experience crises their homes instead of through hospitalization. • Most published articles CRHT focus structural issues pertaining development services, macro-level outcomes such as cost-effectiveness admission rates. These political, economic, practical implications. Few describe clinical intervention methods used treatment. • This paper explores how described an essential method at relation three key characteristics CRHT, which are being mobile, working service user's home, together with person's family network. • There remains need for further research describing specific treatment, different interventions that by teams, directions be developed further.
