摘要: We have measured drift mobilities in vacuum deposited films of tris(8-quinolinolato)aluminum (Alq3), a triphenylamine derivative (TPD) and naphtyl-substituted benzidine (α-NPD) using time-of-flight (TOF) technique. The hole TPD α-NPD are about two orders magnitude higher than the electron mobility Alq3. This implies that current density versus applied voltage characteristics is dominated by Alq3 rather or double-layered devices ITO/TPD (50 nm)/Alq3 nm)/MgAg.
