摘要: BACKGROUND Glycolic acid has been used extensively for the treatment of photoaging and wrinkles. Suggestions have made that glycolic may specific dermal effects, although biochemical studies are limited. OBJECTIVE This study's purpose was to examine effect on radioactively labeled collagen production in human skin fibroblasts culture. METHODS Normal were grown semi-confluence incubated presence 24 hours. Radioactive proline added cultures. Using a amino assay, amount radioactive hydroxyproline measured as an accurate index production. RESULTS Results show caused elevated collage fibroblasts. CONCLUSION These results demonstrate stimulatory by could explain some positive benefits from clinical use acid.
