摘要: Transfection of primary kidney cells non-human primates with specific EBV DNA fragments from a recombinant cosmid library, has allowed two functions associated the virus to be mapped on viral genome. One, designated “p31 function” is cellular immortalisation, and other, “p5 appears play role in differentiation. experiments fragment p31 show that vitro, epithelial both AGMK, marmoset human origin are selected for growth proliferation preference fibroblasts. Poorly differentiated cell lines have been established. In presence + p5, “dome” producing kidneys obtained. A working hypothesis regarding EBV-induced transformation put forward.
