摘要: Continued progress in supportive care, including the development of antibiotics with increasingly broad spectra activity have resulted an increasing frequency fugal infections, particularly candidiasis. Because inadequacy available knowledge base, we do not fully understand pathophysiology these infections surgical patients, nor can be always certain precisely when prophylaxis and therapy should administered.
