摘要: In recent years, we have found the use of YVG toprovide a number additional practical solutions inthe management complex microsurgical cases. Spe-cifically, appreciated its benefits while per-forming free flap surgery in vessel-depleted areas.Depletion or inadequacy recipient vessels is not anuncommon finding for microsurgeon, and can occurfor reasons including radical tumor resec-tion, prior tissue transfer, extensive trauma, andradiotherapy.
