Étude physico-chimique, fonctionnalisation et applications des films de polysaccharides

摘要: En France, 5 % des patients hospitalises contractent une infection nosocomiale. Pour lutter contre ce probleme, nous avons developpe un nouveau type de films biocompatibles, pouvant etre fonctionnalises, a base polysaccharides construit par pulverisation alternee ou simultanee pour les utiliser comme revetements d’implants biomedicaux. La pulverisation, issue du depot couche-par-couche polyanions et polycations, permettent gain temps consequent.D’abord, la complexation couple chitosane/acide hyaluronique le multicouches sur ces complexes ont ete etudies. Puis, etudie construction 3 couples simultanee. biocompatibilite etudiee valider leur utilisation en tant que biomateriaux. Enfin, fonctionnalisation abordee. L’activite differents pathogenes testees. Cette etude montre qu’il est possible construire rendre actifs grâce au greffage peptides antimicrobiens.
