摘要: Abstract : The purpose of this note is to draw attention an intuitively unexpected and seemingly unknown aspect the behavior a cantilevered beam on elastic foundation subjected follower at its free end. It found that critical load for flutter independent modulus which characterizes Winkler-type embedding. frequency vibration increases with increasing modulus, but magnitude not affected. This result valid any value 'tangency coefficient'. (Author)
