摘要: The Long Duration Exposure Facility (LDEF) micrometeoroid/space debris impact data has been reduced in terms that are convenient for evaluating the overall quantitative effect on material properties. Impact crater flux evaluated as a function of angle from velocity vector and size. This is combined with spall flight ground testing to calculate effective solar absorption emittance values versus time. Results indicate surface damage does not significantly affect optical thermal physical Of course local around craters radically alter Damage composites cells an basis was minimal.
