摘要: The low-field electrical behavior of relaxor ferroelectric ceramics has been qualitatively described by many parameters, including diffuseness (δ), which characterizes the breadth transition peak and is roughly related to standard deviation peak. Three major types equations have used calculate δ: Gaussian distribution (originated Smolenskii Rolov et al.), power law (used authors), variable (Uchino al). In this work, three calculational techniques are compared analytically illustrated using dielectric data from ceramic 0.88Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3. 0.12PbTiO3. All methods analysis result in very linear plots; however, calculated values δ significantly different. A method limiting temperature range that corresponding 2/3 maximum relative constant suggested order decrease deviations. This limitation shown give consistent reproducible without extraneous contributions arising nature material or differing ranges measurement, thus allowing be as an effective comparative parameter for ceramics.
