摘要: The stable states of differentiated cells are now known to be controlled by dynamic mechanisms that can easily perturbed. An adult cell therefore reprogrammed, altering its pattern gene expression, and hence fate, typical another type. This has been shown three distinct experimental approaches nuclear reprogramming: transfer, fusion transcription-factor transduction. Using these approaches, nuclei from 'terminally differentiated' somatic induced express genes embryonic stem cells, which differentiate form all the types in body. remarkable discovery cellular plasticity important medical applications.
