摘要: During nervous system development, the migration of cells and axons is a highly complex orchestrated process, involving different steps. For directional growth cone migration, signal sensed from extracellular cues, perceived by receptors expressed in cones, resulting polarization cones followed movement. Polarizing involves asymmetric localization on membrane initiated initial receptor guidance cue interaction. In second step, extend direction set receptors. extension might encounter new negatively or positively regulating turning, branching, synaptogenesis. Research past has supported role cytoskeleton polymers during cell axon outgrowth, accumulation F-actin determining (Gallo et al. 2004; Lin Forscher 1993; O’Connor Bentley 1993). This chapter discusses signaling molecules downstream receptor, linking at surface to actin modulatory proteins. Various have been implicated working including adaptor proteins, serving as platforms for protein–protein interactions, Rho GTPases their effector molecules, protein.
