摘要: Abstract In order to improve the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of steel model produced by selective laser melting process, distribution residual stress within is measured, some methods for reducing are proposed. The experimental results show that a large tensile remains in surface layer model. Heat treatment at 600 700 °C one hour reduces effectively about 70%. Re-scanning heating powder bed decrease 55% 40%, respectively.
