摘要: Abstract Biochemical changes due to experimental Haemonchus contortus infection (5000 L3) were studied in 12 male Barbari goats of 9–12 months age. The selected animals divided two groups, having eight infected and four control animals. Both groups bled at weekly intervals the serum samples examined for biochemical parameters, such as acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline (ALP), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), oxaloacetic (SGOT) total proteins (TSP). Statistical analysis data revealed significant increases levels ACP, ALP, SGPT SGOT decreases TSP when compared with controls.
