摘要: The term hemorrhagic shock (HS) represents inadequate tissue perfusion or oxygen delivery induced by hemmorhage and is associated with hypoperfusion abnormalities (tachycardia, oliguria, obtundation, circulatory collapse) organ dysfunction. Initial treatment in the trauma setting consists of rapidly controlling bleeding restoring maintaining adequate perfusion. Secondary therapies to prevent multiorgan dysfunction addition standard resuscitative measures have been explored. Many involve an excessive host stress response. cell injury may result from ischemia, ischemia-reperfusion injury, direct (Demling et al. 1993). role for nitric oxide (NO) HS controversial will be reviewed this chapter.
