Some magnetic properties and the phase equilibrium of the compounds in the CaxNi1–xFe2O4 system

摘要: By saturation magnetization, Curie temperature, rotational hysteresis, and X-ray measurements the phase structure of compounds CaxNi1–xFe2O4 system is investigated. It found that in range x ≦ 0.3 are solid solutions at sintering temperature (1175 to 1250°C). The Ca ions show a preference for tetrahedral sites. solution 0.1 stable slow cooling. In specimens with ≥ CaFe4O7 precipitates during cooling temperature.
