摘要: In studies primarily designed to evaluate the effectiveness of chitosan as a treatment for cyclophosphamide-induced hemorrhagic cystitis in rat, renal papillary necrosis and pyelonephritis were observed. Cyclophosphamide alone produced relatively mild changes. The combination cyclophosphamide intravesical instillation acetic acid induced (38 83% incidence) along with pyelonephritis, hydroureter hydronephrosis. Chitosan, instilled place acid, partially inhibited induction necrosis. It appears that presence vesico-ureteral reflux or without associated hydronephrosis is prerequisite damage.
