摘要: Abstract This paper presents an approach for designing power and water distribution networks involving the sizing, geographic location, as well economic, environmental social impacts, taking into account multiplicity of criteria stakeholders involved in development operational policies new facilities. In this is presented a method defining solutions concerning to design based on multi-stakeholder environment. A multi-objective model, considering factors, used illustrating how different criteria, about priorities stakeholders, affect system propose solution achieving tradeoff between multiple stakeholders. The proposed was applied electric stressed scheme north Mexico, results show that minimization dissatisfaction systems can provide optimal meets objectives all
