摘要: Abstract The electrical conductivity and chemical diffusion coefficient of Sr-doped lanthanum chromites were measured as a function oxygen partial pressure ( P o 2 ) temperature, the results discussed in light defect chemistry. was independent proportion to Sr-content at high , while low decreased exponentially with decrease . dependence reasonably interpreted by simple point model which Sr′ La Cr v .. are assumed predominant species. derived from time after an abrupt change atmosphere increased elucidated combination ambipolar theory analysis. vacancy calculated concentration not too concentrations, suggesting that vacancies non-interactive free.
