摘要: A major gap in our understanding of host response to virus infection is how the molecular signals are passed within infected cells. Tobacco mosaic virus-mediated programmed cell death genotype NN tobaccos was used evaluate hypothesis that these transduced via reversible-protein phosphorylation. Nicotiana tabacum L. (genotype NN) confers a hypersensitive at site when incubated permissive temperature. Activation serine/threonine protein phosphatase correlated with temperature-dependent induction program. The inhibitor okadaic acid inhibited onset and extent vivo. Biochemical analysis indicates type 1 activated early This first indication required an event infection.
