摘要: An image sensor circuit comprises a pixel cell array (1) having plurality of cells (8) arranged along column lines (4o, 4e), readout circuits (3e, 6e, 7; 3o, 6o, 7) connected to said each which an analog-to-digital converter (7) and multi- plexer (14; 19) for selectively applying output signal one 4e) analog-to- digital (7). Between two (41, 43,...) are first (3o, located at side (1), there is line (42, 44,...) second opposite side.
