摘要: The debate on Ecosystem Services (ESs) focuses mainly theoretical research aimed at providing methodological coherence between ES definition, classification, mapping and utilization. Such increasing knowledge is fundamental in the generation of consensus among researchers, public administrators technicians considering different aspects possible use ESs many fields: social environmental studies, geography, urban planning disciplines land planning. In regards to latter two fields, it seems that assessment still considered be its infancy when thereof a prescriptive framework for regulation. From this perspective, LIFE SAM4CP project generating better solutions communities their environment using municipal level as proxy local (the Italian PRGC). Also, practices multilevel governance engage all various stakeholders involved dynamics thanks Co-planning Conference procedure within which paradigm experimented evaluate contents/actions plans. This adequate comparison with both plans, policies projects scales (regional, metropolitan levels) forms organization decision-making territorial government. assumes that, according regulations, building permits other authorization transformation territory are generated by decision; fact, regulations should take into account potential effects alteration may have ecosystems scale. particularly evident about agricultural respect process completely cancels Crop production ES. Thus, paper, we aim outline ecosystem services-based provide sustainability transformations because improves understanding planned actions consequences.
