摘要: The litter layer of tropical forests supports a significant fraction total arthropod diversity and decomposition this is the main pathway by which nutrients are returned to soil CO2 atmosphere. Conversion agriculture threat biodiversity ecosystem services, understanding effects on important for mitigating these impacts. We used high through-put DNA sequencing mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) gene assess seasonal changes in composition fauna at five matched pairs native rubber plantations SW China every month year, measured environmental factors expected drive intra-annual variation. Forests had very different assemblages throughout with more species-rich than all months except February. Very rates turnover species both were associated seasonality variables, influence particular variables differing among taxa. Tropical arthropods sensitive sampling only one time year captures subset community.
