摘要: Vanadate treatment accelerated seed germination rate and increased fresh weight accumulation by snap bean seedlings during early post-germination. This stimulatory effect of Vi was followed inhibition root growth after 56 h. After 100 h, vanadium accumulated in the treated seedlings, whereas insignificant occurred hypocotyl until 144 Vanadium roots associated with a decrease their total phospholipid content. contrast to increasing levels phospholipids Vi-treated compared control. 31P NMR analyses profiles control showed organ-specific differences phosphatidylinositol an unidentified both hypocotyl. The specifically changes phospholipid, whose level decreased decreasing growth. We conclude that V1-induced effects were accumulation, profiles.
