摘要: Established and comprehensively validated methodology for the analysis of PCDDs, PCDFs polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in food, animal feed other matrices is presented. The method achieves analytical standards EU protocols (2002/69/EC 2002/70/EC) that are used to determine compliance food maximum permissible levels chlorinated dioxins these commodities. provides WHO-TEQ data PCBs as well individual concentrations toxic PCDD/F congeners >50 commonly occurring PCBs. In addition, allows simultaneous determination polybrominated diphenylether (PBDE) congeners. A wide range (13)Carbon -labelled surrogates allow accurate internal standardisation, measurements carried out using high resolution GC coupled mass spectrometry except mono-, tetra, ortho-substituted where unit can be instead. Evidence external validation through frequent use reference materials, successful participation international inter-comparison exercises over many years large number different types have been analysed this several typical congener profiles various discussed.
